  1. What went well was that everyone learnt and played the correct chords. What could be improved is playing together in better timing, and more people having developed a more interesting strumming/playing pattern. I have learnt the chords and can quickly switch between them. I need to improve on strumming without a pick, and by doing that my performing skills will develop.

  2. I was playing the ukele with Maisie, Catherine and Elizabeth.
    1) We all learnt the chords and managed to perform confidently as a group.
    2) next time we could add more songs to make our performance a mash up.
    3) I have learnt 4 cords on the ukele: C, F, Am, and G.
    4) to develop my performance skills i can try different strumming patterns to add variety.

  3. 1. What went well?
Most people played the right chords at the right time which sounded good all together.
    2. What could be improved?
Lots of the different rhythms can be heard throughout the piece, next time we could only have a couple of rhythms to chose from so it didn't sound a busy.
3.What progress have you made so far?
I have learnt to play the four chords confidently on the piano/keyboard.
    4. What will you do next time to improve the performance?
Next time I will try to play a melody with the chords to improve my performance.

  4. In the class performance on Thursday, I was playing the key board. What went well, is I can confidently play in time with the rest of the class the chords I was practising. As I class we were mostly in time, also the idea of coming in after each over so keyboardists' come in first followed by the ukulele and guitars enhanced the class performance. To improve as a class we have to all end at the same time. From the recording all the instruments ended at different times and sounded messy. In the lesson I learnt how to confidently play the chords c,f,Am and g. Next week for me to progress further I need to add melodies' above when a play each chord.

  5. 1. It was good because you could here that the backing track was clear on both pieces and it was recognizable.
    2. We could improve our timing in the whole class performance and on the second little group the singing could have been a bit louder.
    3. I have made progress in that i can now play many times through the chords C, F, Am and G.
    4. T develop my performance skills i will try to learn how to play the riff.

  6. What went well was our timing as a group. We could of improved our focus as at the start you can hear silly noises. I have learnt to become more confident with piano and i know more than i used to. I will watch vids to develop.

  7. Went well with the instruments sounded good. What could be improved was that it was too quick, it needed to be slower. I have learnt the chords to it. To develop it it needs to be slower because it was too quick.

In our ukulele performance I think the timing went particularly well as we kept at a consistent speed. To improve I could vary my strumming pattern or maybe use a capo and play a harmony to the chords. So far, I have learnt the required chords and made a strumming pattern, keeping it consistent. As I have said before I will vary my strumming pattern and play a harmony.

In our performance, I think the instruments sounded good together. However, we could improve the timing because it sounded like we were going at different speeds to each other. The progress I have made so far is that I have learned how to play easy chords on a guitar. To develop my skills I will learn the harder chords so the notes will sound better.

most of the class played the right chords which sounded good but the timing could be better. i have learnt how to play the chords on the piano confidently. next week i will try and come up with a melody and work on my timing so i am in time with the class.

  11. Our whole class performance had a good rhythm and the order of instruments sounded pretty good but to me it sounded very out of sync and tune, but i think it will sound better once we add in a melody, I can play the chords on a piano and a potential melody to it, to personally improve i could vary the chord pattern a bit so it sounds more in tune with the lyrics.

i think we all played the right chords very well but we could improve by keeping in time. i have learnt how to play the chords and transition well next time i think i could keep in time as i think i was a little off

  13. I think the timing could be better and the way it flowed was quite offputting but as a whole the chords sounded right and the ukeleles sounded really nice. Next time i think the transitions between chords could be improved and i will try to learn them off by heart.
