1) In the 12 bar blues piece of music I was playing the guitar using the C, G and F chords.
ReplyDelete2) I learnt how to play the F chord on the guitar. I also learnt that the drums and the bass guitar are key to keeping all the other instruments in time.
3) I need to practice the chord changes so that I can get them quicker and smoother. Especially the quick changes from G to F to C.

I was playing the keyboard and I played the C,F and G chords. I learned how to play chords on a keyboard and that it is not as simple as I thought. I have never played a keyboard before so I thought I made a god start to playing the keyboard. To perform better I need to learn the 7th chord and to keep in time with everyone else.
ReplyDeleteI was playing the piano and I was playing the part of the chords. Well this lesson I learnt how to play the 12 bar-blues baseline on the piano. However next lesson I need to improve on the timing well everyone does because it wasn't in time because no one knew went to come in. Also I need to improve the speed and make sure I look at the teacher to know when to come in .
ReplyDeleteIn the performance i was playing the piano. In the performance i learnt how to keep in time with the drums well and not get distracted by the other instruments. I also learnt about when to come in on time as usually i always either come in early or late. I think next lesson i need to learn how to improvise if something goes wrong in the performance as i made a mistake in the performance and just sat there.
ReplyDeleteI think that overall we did very well for our first time using instruments for the 12 bar blues together. I was playing the base guitar during this which wasn't rally heard until the end of the performance. I learnt the chords C F and G which I was using for the performance this week. I had learnt how to play the chords very quickly. Next week I have figured out that in order to make our class performance better I could improvise learn more of the chords and I could begin to work on the baseline. But like I said overall we did a good performance together.

I was playing the Piano and i learned to do the walking bass line and next time i will try to improve on that by learning all of it and adding it onto our performance while everyone is playing the chords . Also for our whole group improvement i would say we should try to be in time more and learn how the chords go so you dont have to keep shouting out C etc .

In this piece I learnt how to play C,F and G cords on the keyboard. I also learnt to use my thumb to stretch my fingers. Next time I need to I'm prove by being quicker when switching between chords. By Matthew Piggott

I was playing the ukulele. The notes I was playing were the C cord, F cord and G cord.
ReplyDeleteI learnt how to play the C and F cord, and switch between these cords successfully and in time with the backing.
Next lesson, I will improve by learning the G cord, and how to switch between all the cords faster. Also, I will try and help my peers improve, and help them if necessary.
In the performance i learnt how to play the piano with Anya Trigg. I learned the basic chords and a little bit of the harder chords but I nedd more practise on the difficult part 2.Next lesson I need to push myself to learn the running base learn. I learnt a lot last lesson especially with Anyas help.
ReplyDeletei was learning to play the piano. for the first time ive played it i think i did quite well to learn c and f notes. i also kept my rhythm well. i think i need to work on the f and g cord and work on changing from one note to the other, because i only did c note last lesson. also to push myself further next lesson im going to try to do more advanced music and different rhythm. also be more fluient in playing.

i really liked our recording because it was very clear and everyone played the right chords at the right time which really made a difference!the beat was in tune and nobody made a mistake.i think it could have been improved a tiny bit if we kept the rhythm while playing our instruments.

ReplyDeleteI played the guitar and I was playing the entire song using the easy option for some chords because I couldn't switch chords fast enough. I learnt to strum and switch chords better at the same time. Next lesson I will practice on playing and switching chords at the same time and using the harder chords on the guitar.

ReplyDeleteLast lesson i played the ukulele for the second time ever. In the lesson i already knew the C chord so learnt the F chord. Next lesson i need to work on changing from chord to chord faster an the final chord i haven't learnt yet. By ally Hunter

ReplyDeletei was playing the keyboard i was learning the C chord, G chord and the F chord. I learnt how to play the c and g chord and put them into the music peice. In our next lesson i wish to achieve how to add the F chord into the music piece and play it with the C and G chord altogether. But i want to push my self further and play the other notes on the keyboard, and possibly put them into a song.
