Out of all of them I liked Hound Dog the most because it was very energetic however I thought that the Blues Boy Tune was good because it was very funky and he improvised the hole time. Yes there was a pattern because the Hound Dog tune was the same through out the hole song. Whereas the Boy Blues Tune was different because it always changed because it was an improvisation.
ReplyDeletemy favourite song was Elvis Presley hound dog. it was my favourite because the lyrics fit with the song well and it tells a story. they are all in time and they fit well together.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite video was the third video by Elvis Presley- Hound Dog. I enjoyed it the most as it had lyrics from the beginning and was very energetic with loud instruments and singing. For his lyrics he would say a line that the repeats after and then say a new line. He repeats this throughout the song, when he does the chorus he sings the title of the song multiple times.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite video is the third one by Elvis Presly because he used a variety of different instruments and really got the audiences attention. The lyrics were very repetitive and they rhymed. By Matthew Piggott
ReplyDeleteVideo 3 is my favourite as it has very nice swing beat rhythm which is very catchy. The melodic style is very nice and wants you to listen to. Its my favourite because the rest are quite dull and aren't very fun but video 3 is very fun and makes you want to join in and dance as the swing beat is very catchy.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite song is 'Hound Dog'. This is my favourite because of the up-beat rhythm, which is very happy and fun. All the instruments blend really well together, creating an exciting piece with a nice beat and rhythm. The lyrics in this piece use repetition by repeating the first line of each verse. The third line of each verse is different to the first two. And this structure is repeated throughout the song.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite piece was Elvis Presley's Hound dog because it was more upbeat and it would have made more people want to listen whereas the other pieces were just instrumental and slow. I liked the lyrics and they went along the same line so you could memorise the lyrics and the lyrics were really catchy.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite song out of the three is Elvis Presley, Hound Dog. This is because it's up-beat, and you want to listen to it. The tempo and lyrics go well together, and the backing (all the instruments and things) really make the piece interesting. The lyrics are very repetitive and don't change that much throughout the piece.
ReplyDeleteName your favourite from the three videos.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite 12 bar bleus video is the third one Elvis Presley "Hound Dog"
Give MUSICAL reasons why it is your favourite.
the third video was my favourite because the guitar sounded like they were improvising and adjusting the notes to his voice ,how loud he was ,or how quiet he was.
Give a description of the lyrics and how they are put together - do they follow a pattern?
the lyrics are split into the chorus and verses I also noticed how there was a musical part were there is no singing just improvised playing.
I like hound dog- Elvis Presley as it is fast and rocky. It is a great song to get up and have a dance to. They have different instruments to all mix together for the band look. The lyrics are great as it's like a little story about dogs and friends. I think that it's a great song to get everyone involved and join up. Isobel Swallow - HM
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Hound Dog by Elvis Presley i like it because the beat is catchy and it uses similar notes to the other songs but he has made them different by speeding them up. The only song with lyrics in is Hound Dog, the follow a pattern the lyrics go well with the beat which make it even better.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite out of the 3 videos was Elvis Presley-hound dog. It is my favourite because it has a strong and steady beat through out the song. The lyrics have a pattern by repeating the same words you are nothing but a hound dog.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite was the tin roof blues because it was slower and has a kind of classical, country sound to it which really made me like the beat and the trumpet. The lyrics are the same and repeated again and again with the same chords playing in the back round.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the one by Elvis Presley because it isn't as slow and boring as the others. In the lyrics each verse ends the same.
ReplyDeleteI liked the second one more because the whole song a basically an instrumental
ReplyDeleteAnd I really like instrumentals because you can improvise a lot if you forget what to play. Another season why I really liked the second one is because it was really clear unlike the last one with elves which wasn't easy to hear. The first one was okay but it sounded quite boring because it sounded really familiar, Like one of the songs you would hear in frankie and bennys.😂
I also chose the second one as my favourite because I loved how B.B king would make these wierd faces while playing, I think he might have been felling the music!

I feel that the 3rd video was amy favourite because I really liked the faster beat from the drums an and l liked it how the chelo was playing a really nice rhythm and it blended really well to the singers voice. The lyrics we said very fast and then there were breaks when only instruments played. the singer was very loud when singing as well.

my favourite is the second because it has good notes and improvisation. the lyrics are put together really well
ReplyDeleteMy favourite one of those video is the Elvis Presley Hound Dog. I like this video as it has a very catching rhythm in the background and the guitar is very loud and clear. I also like this video as the singing is very intune and the other two videos don't really have a lot of singing in them. In the Hound Dog song the lyrics are very repetetive and the chorus the music is very much the same however each chorus has a slight change. The verses have the same rhythm but the lyrics are different. The Hound Dog song has a steady pattern in the chorus with the guitar.
ReplyDeletemy favorite one is the 3rd one because of the faster beat and drums. i also like the singing. it is up beat, and the guitar is clear and loud. i like this one better than the other one because the other ones are slow and dont have much singing. Elvis's singing is in tune and very good. the lyrics are catchy and the chorus's are similar with a small change. the lyrics in the versus are different but with the same structure and beat of music. the 3rd video is the best.
ReplyDeletemy favourite one was Elvis Presley it was tuny and had a very good rhythm to it I liked the beat everything was very good about it.
