    1. Ethan,MaYbe you could perfect your G and C.Use both hands at first and then practice with one:
Place your hands on c and g chord
Practice that and then try with one hand.

Ethan, to practise switching cords quickly you can try and play the same 4 chords once then switch play the next 4 chords then switch .you can gradually get quicker the more you practice.

  3. The instrument that I was playing was the piano.
I learnt how to play the G and C chords [a bit.]
I found trying to press three C chords at once difficult.
I think to improve, I must ask for help from other people and/or sir sometimes, and maybe even practice a bit.

Finn, try to use two hands to play the chords. I find it much easier. This way you don't have too spread your fingers out too much.

Fion to press all the keys for a c try using 2 hands because using only your fingers would be very difficult with small hands

    3. Finn, you can maybe start not playing the piano but just place your fingers on top of the notes. Then you memorise how to do it then start playing it.🎹

    4. Finn try to learn more piano and even if you don't have a piano/keyboard then you could easily get a piano/keyboard app on a eletroncal device.

    1. Abbi, if you do not have a piano at home, either draw a piano diagram or print off a diagram of the parts you need then practise moving from one to the other, or get a piano app to practise

I am playing the guitar. I learnt how to play a G cord and a c cord ant to change smoothly ono to another. I find getting my fingers on all the strings a bit hard and not putting my fingers on other strings . I need to be more confident in my abillaty to play other wise I will get no where in my proformance skills.

    1. A tip to not let your fingers press other strings I find quite useful is use the very tip of your finger as therefore you are using less space and you have more control over where your fingers are pressing down apon. Confidence will come the more you get used to playing and performing with your instrument so do not worry as i'm certain it will come soon.

    2. You can`t just force yourself to become more confident. If you want to become more confident using whatever instrument then the best way is to keep on playing it. But don`t think that you will get nowhere! The only person who can tell you "I will get nowhere" is you and you dont have to listen. :)

  6. 1) I was playing a Ukulele.
    2) I learnt how to play the C and G chords as I have never played a Ukulele before.
    3) At first I found it difficult to play the G chord as my fingers were not use to the shape.
4)Next lesson I will try and make my own strumming pattern to make it slightly harder.

    1. Maisy, playing the guitar can be very hard at first, learning the G chord can also be very hard as it (depending whether it's minor or major) uses all 4 fingers. To learn it try look at the chord diagram play it then try play it without looking because it will help you remember it and embed it into your mind, you can use this to remember other chords as well.

try and use your 1st, 3rd and 5th fingers when your playing chords and always start on the note that the chord is e.g the C chord would start on C.

Try to memorise how others play and like it always is its hard at first but you can learn.playing the G and C cored at once can be difficult but place your fingers in the right places or you can mark the keys with pen and then try and play that way.you did very well though practice makes perfect.
